A qualified geologist with a Master's in Environmental Sciences, she has spent over fifteen years across the full arc of the resources sector — from seismic exploration in the field to winning major technical contracts in the boardroom.
Her career spans geophysical oil and gas exploration with Geokinetics across Latin America — Trinidad & Tobago, Bolivia, Suriname, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia — through to her role as Technical Sales and Proposal Coordinator at Saudi Geophysical in Al Khobar, where she led proposal development and won projects with clients including Aramco, Ma'aden, and major international construction consortiums.
That combination — hands-on subsurface and geological experience paired with senior commercial and client-facing work — is exactly what makes Victoria effective at the top of geoscience recruitment. She understands the roles because she has done the work: sedimentology, geological mapping, environmental impact assessment, seismic data quality control, and field operations. When she speaks to a hiring manager about a geologist, geophysicist, or technical lead, she speaks their language.
